This Privacy Policy describes how Notedly ("we," "us," "our"), operated by BlueRidge Consulting LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit sendnotedly.com or use our services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
Business contact information (name, email, phone, company) when you book a discovery call, create an account, or purchase a campaign. Billing information processed through our payment provider — we do not store full payment card numbers. Campaign content (message text, font selections, return address preferences) you submit for production.
Recipient data you provide for campaigns
Recipient names and mailing addresses, plus any optional personalization variables (first name, order number, custom merge fields) you upload to fulfill a campaign. We treat recipient data as confidential. We use it only to produce and mail the cards you ordered. We do not market to your recipients, share recipient lists with other clients, or use them for any purpose outside your campaign.
Information collected automatically
Standard web analytics (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, device type) via cookies and analytics tools. Email engagement data (opens, clicks) if you receive emails from us.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to produce and mail the cards you order, communicate with you about your account and service, process payments and prevent fraud, improve our website and service, send marketing emails (you can opt out anytime), and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We share information only with the third parties required to operate the service:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle billing.
- Mail carriers (USPS and equivalents) to physically deliver cards.
- Hosting, email, and analytics providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Google) to operate our website and communications.
- Legal authorities when required by law, valid court order, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share recipient lists with any party other than the carriers required to deliver mail.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Recipient lists tied to a specific campaign are retained for 90 days after campaign completion for reprint and customer-service purposes, then deleted unless you instruct otherwise in writing.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security measures — encrypted transit, restricted internal access, secure cloud infrastructure — to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data, and especially your recipient data, as our reputation.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a portable copy of your data, or withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@sendnotedly.com. We respond within 30 days.
California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have additional rights including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents: If you are located in the EU or UK and we process your personal data, we do so under legitimate business interest, contractual necessity, or your consent. Contact us to exercise rights under GDPR.

Our service is for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
